What causes the bobbin thread to pucker during free motion quilting?

Are you talking about you see on the reverse of the quilt? Are you loosening the tension slightly on the bobbin? My Bernina recommends feeding through the little hole on the thing that holds the bobbin. Also, perhaps you are using a thread in the bobbin that doesn't like the top thread. Also, try going very, very slowly.
