Why is there a color standard in which white comedians can not make insulting jokes towards Africans but,?

black comedians such as Dave Chappell (who is hilarious), he makes millions of $$$ making fun of white Americans being known as cheesy..: "allrighty", afraid of confrontation with African Americans, police officers being fat and eating doughnuts,treating blonde hair girls as tramps,dancing styles, ect....... With this obvious imbalance of "rules of a comedian" do you think that society has actually reversed the wheel and is causing more racism against the white Americans? Please no racist stupid comments.
