Some more of YOUR opinions, please...?

I just asked a question regarding Planet X. Now, I want to touch the Galactic Alignment... Nostradamus supposedly wrote that a Galactic Alignment (all of the planets lined before the Sun, and the Sun is in the center of the Milky Way) would mean the end of our planet. This would bring on possibly a polar shift; asteroids being hurtled at Earth; floods; basically, an Apocalypse. Anyone want to comment? I myself think Why Earth? Why not Mars, or Saturn? Why will all of this be happening to the one human-inhabited planet? Also, why would an alignment have these drastic effects?All of the planets are on their own path, so maybe coming close to a neighbor planet would affect us, but why would Mercury lined up with Pluto affect Earth? Please include your own ideas/hypotheses/opinions. Thanks.
