Why is it that we are not informed of just who reported our YA Q&A?

in legal situations we are made aware of our accusers, not for revenge, but for recourse of defense and integrity of character. I see no fairness attempt in the entire system, and you need to be a computer whiz to get through the maze of the response offered in the violation notice.
