What are the bumps above my lip?

i have had these for about a year now.. they are little bumps that only appear where my lip and upper lip meet.. i squeeze them out every couple of weeks but they never really completely get popped and then they reappear full within a few days or a week.. you cant really see them unless i stretch my lips.. when i pop them it reminds me of a blackhead but these have way more puss nd the string of puss comes out really skinny and white.. please someone help me get rid of these for good!!! thank you for any help
