Why is Umaga involved with Punk, where is this going?

There has to be a reason to it, its only when Punk is going to cash in the money in the bank that Umaga appears... Has Edge paid Umaga to keep CM Punk at bay? Is Kane and Umaga teaming up to get the money in the bank from Punk? I don't believe in coincidences in wrestling, everything that happens has some logic to it. I'm not sure exactly what is going on and where it is going but there is always method in the madness.
