What do you think about the Supreme Court saying Guantanamo Bay detainees have rights?

The court ruled the detainees can dispute their being detained. Did the innocent people they killed have any rights? Why should they be coddled by our judicial system with rights like our citizens have? Seeing the light of day is about the only right a terrorist needs, imo. What do you think?
