Y! Toolbar ons Disappeared - How to get them back?

Through no action of mine, all my ons except AntiSpy and Mail have disappeared. When I go look at preferences, everything has been unchecked. I didn't have time to go back through them so I just canceled out. A couple days later the ons reappeared. Now they are gone again. What is going on?
