Help with a video card issue?

They are two different chipsets (not cards it is a chip on your mobo). Also keep in mind that this chipset is not for gaming and will not run most games. Your shader version has more to do with hardware so a driver update will not fix that problem. But to get the driver just download it from intel's site. I think they have an auto detect feature so you shouldn't have to search.
